The sky

The sky right now is beautiful. 
The moon is half covered in clouds, but it is so bright that that's okay.
It seems so right, the night. 
So calm, with the light of the moon spilling from the sky onto the soft green summer grass.
Crickets chirp at me, and frogs peep quietly from the wood.
It's nights like these that make me wish I could lie on the grass all night. 
The artificial light of the computer makes my eyes hurt now, and I only wish that we could live in night forever.
The moon is full, and I breathe in the night air deeply. I love the taste of the cool grassy air.
I stare at the moon, and all it's glory. 
I'm glad I am here.
